Cancellation & Modification Policy

1. Overview

This Cancellation & Modification Policy explains the circumstances under which you may request changes to or cancellation of an order placed with Printsygift.

Because many of our products are custom-made and produced on demand, orders enter production quickly after purchase. As a result, cancellation and modification requests are subject to limited timeframes and availability.

This Policy should be read together with our Shipping Policy, Return Policy, Refund Policy, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.


2. Order Cancellation

2.1 Before Production Begins

If you contact us shortly after placing your order and production has not yet started, we may be able to cancel your order.

If the cancellation request is approved, a refund will be issued according to our Refund Policy.

Please note that submitting a cancellation request does not automatically guarantee cancellation.


2.2 During Production

Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Depending on the stage of production, Printsygift may, at its sole discretion:

  • Approve cancellation of all or part of the order;

  • Offer a partial refund;

  • Offer store credit as an alternative resolution.

Customized and personalized products generally cannot be canceled once production has begun.


2.3 After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Any concerns after shipment will be handled according to our Return Policy and Refund Policy, where applicable.


3. Order Modifications

Customers may request modifications shortly after placing an order. While we will make every effort to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once production or shipping preparation has begun.


3.1 Product Changes (Size, Color, Design, Variant)

Requests to change product specifications should be submitted as soon as possible after purchase.

If production has not yet started, we may be able to update:

  • Size

  • Color

  • Product variant

  • Personalization details

  • Design options

Once production has started, modifications are generally no longer possible.


3.2 Quantity Adjustments

Adding Items

To add additional items, we recommend placing a separate order.

If both orders are still being processed, we may attempt to combine shipments when possible, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Removing Items

If the item has not entered production, we may be able to remove it and adjust the order total accordingly.

Once production has started, removal requests may not be accepted.


3.3 Shipping Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately.

Address updates can only be guaranteed before shipment.

After an order has shipped, Printsygift cannot guarantee:

  • Address changes

  • Package interception

  • Carrier redirection requests

In such cases, customers may need to contact the shipping carrier directly.

Printsygift is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.


4. How to Request a Cancellation or Modification

To request a cancellation or modification, please contact our Customer Support Team as soon as possible.

Please include:

  • Full name

  • Email address used for the purchase

  • Order number

  • Detailed description of the requested change

Examples include:

  • Cancel an order

  • Change size or color

  • Update personalization details

  • Modify quantity

  • Update shipping address

Our team will review the request and confirm whether the requested change can still be accommodated based on the current production status.


5. Discount Codes & Price Adjustments

Promotional codes and discounts must be applied during checkout.

If you forget to apply a valid discount code, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet entered production, we may review the request and apply the discount at our discretion.

Price adjustments are generally not available for:

  • Flash sales

  • Promotional events

  • Seasonal discounts

  • Price changes occurring after an order has been placed


6. Orders We May Cancel

Printsygift reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions

  • Payment verification issues

  • Incorrect pricing due to technical, system, or typographical errors

  • Inventory, production, or supply chain limitations 

  • Shipping restrictions or logistical issues

  • Violations of our Terms of Service or applicable laws

If an order is canceled by Printsygift, customers will be notified via email and refunded according to our Refund Policy.
