Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe

Non-Personalized Products

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In its original condition
  • With original tags and packaging intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Personalized & Made-to-Order Products

Due to the customized nature of our products, all personalized and made-to-order items are considered final sale.

However, Printsygift will gladly provide a replacement or refund if the item has:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Printing errors
  • Shipping damage
  • Incorrect item received
  • Significant discrepancy from the approved order details

2. How to Request a Return (RMA)

To initiate a return request, please contact us at support@printsygift.com within the applicable return period and provide:

  • Order Number
  • Detailed reason for the request
  • Clear photos or videos of the item and packaging

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) instructions.

Approved returns must be shipped within 10 days of receiving the RMA approval. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.


3. Return Shipping Costs

If the Error Is on Our Side

If the issue is caused by Printsygift (defective item, printing error, wrong item, or shipping damage), we will:

  • Cover return shipping costs when applicable
  • Provide a replacement, refund, or appropriate resolution

Change-of-Mind Returns

For eligible non-personalized products returned due to personal preference, sizing concerns, or change of mind:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued in accordance with our Refund Policy after:

  • The returned item is received and inspected
  • The return request is approved

Once approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within the applicable processing timeframe.


5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Customers residing in the European Union have the right to return eligible non-personalized products within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging and tags.

This right does not apply to personalized or made-to-order products unless the item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
